Jacksonville Jaguars off to rough start.

Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars have had a rough start to the 2024 season, beginning 0-2. Despite high expectations following a promising offseason and training camp, the team has struggled to find its rhythm, particularly on offense.

In their Week 2 loss to the Cleveland Browns, Lawrence expressed frustration with the team's overall performance, stating bluntly, "We suck right now." Despite having talented players and a solid defense that has kept opponents under 20 points, the Jaguars' offense has faltered. Key issues have been the offensive line's poor protection, allowing Lawrence to be sacked multiple times, and struggles in red-zone execution. In the Browns game, the Jaguars only managed 81 yards in the first half, and their final chance to win the game ended with a sack on Lawrence that resulted in a safety

Lawrence has taken accountability for the offense's struggles, acknowledging that he and his teammates need to perform better. With plenty of time left in the season, Lawrence and head coach Doug Pederson are working to correct these issues and turn things around before the season slips away
